We need a talented engineer who will play an active role in all phases of the software development process. The ideal candidate is capable of designing, implementing, and maintaining world-class software solutions that meet the needs of our clients. We need someone who is entrepreneurial-minded, flexible, driven, and very passionate about developing systems that help organizations develop their talent (check out 20DollarEval.com and 36Dollar360.com). It will also help if you have experience developing web-based applications using ASP.Net.

The ideal candidate has:

• A bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in information systems
• 3-5 years experience programming in web environments with databases (MSSQL)
• SQL database and Transact SQL experience
• Salesforce.com certifications and experience (not required, but a plus)
• Ruby on Rails development experience (not required, but a plus)
• Intuitive design and UI skills
• A general knowledge of hardware and networking
• An ability to demonstrate initiative and follow through
• The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• A willingness to be a flexible team player
