Hi all,
Is anyone running the Roche 454 off instrument analysis software
through Sun Grid Engine with an MPI parallel environment? The 454
documentation I have seen seems to indicate that you can supply your
own grid for the analysis instead of purchasing the cluster from them.
For this, you need SGE with a parallel environment enabled. We have
run into some trouble and were wondering if anyone else out there had
similar experiences...
