EA wants to "maximize investment".

What are your thoughts on this? Do you think it's to similar to COD Elite?

Hopefully it means things like the VIP program in Bad Co 2.

That shit was cash, whether you bought it new or bought the VIP pass separate along with your used copy.

This is inevitable. Subscriptions come because companies like EA and Activision are penny pinching. Squeeze a few extra bucks out of the consumer.

I'll go along with it though. As long as it has similarities to VIP passes as Jer stated above.

And if this turns into a Ubisoft DRM issue, I'm just going to take over Valve and abolish the system for mass reset. Cause god knows that Valve is the only one doing things right at the moment. IMO JEREMY.

And it better be annual. I hate monthly premiums.

I say "and" a lot.

Yea the industry is finally starting to realize that multiplayer can generate exponentially more hours of playtime than single player can... and due to that people will pay for it.

my 120 something hours on BF3 is the reason why these things exist... and I don't even play a lot compared to some people.
