[All] Off Campus Hiring 2005

Dear All,

We had a good response from you during our off - campus hiring campaign 3 months back. Thanks for that.

Once again we are looking for additional 200 Nos. from the same 2005 BE / B.Tech batch from the following fields of specialization.  

• Computer Science
• Information Science
• Information Technology
• Electronics & Communication
• Electronics & Telecommunication
• Electronics
• Electronics & Electrical Engineering.  

We are also looking for fresh MCAs 

The candidate should have graduated in the year 2005 from the preferred college list (as attached ) with a minimum of 70% marks in graduation / post graduation and minimum 60% in SSC / HSC  

Do note that we won't be considering any other specialization besides the ones mentioned above and candidates who have graduated prior to 2005 will not be entertained.

We will also not be considering candidates who have appeared for the MBT Aptitude Test in the last six months. 

The selection process is as follows:

 

1. CVs are to be forwarded to fres...@mahindrabt.com along with the spread sheet format attached. Incomplete entries & resumes sent directly to recruitment team / or any one else will not be considered.

 

2. Last date for receiving resumes is COB Monday 10^th  April  2006 

 

3. Aptitude tests / Interviews are likely to be conducted at various centers in India during the third / fourth week of April 06.

 

4. Eligible candidates will be informed about the Aptitude Test / Interview schedule directly through e-mail.

 

5. Selected candidates will be notified by E-mail directly.

 

6.      Successful candidates will be offered permanent employment as 'Technical Associate' at Grade TG1 at a salary of Rs.2.5 L per annum . Candidate will be required to join within two weeks of selection intimation.

 

7.      Candidates will be put through initial training of 4-6 weeks and will be confirmed only   after completion of the training.

 

8.      Special Reward of Rs.5000/-  will be given to those employees whose candidates join and serve for at least 2 months.
