Launch crew members needed for Region 8 contest June 21 - 27

Hello, all.

 

I am managing launch operations during the Region 8 contest June 21 – 27 this year, and I can use help on the launch line. This typically consists of about two hours beginning between 11:00 and 12:30 and ending by 14:00. If you will be there flying as a non-contestant and can help with launches before you fly on one or more days or wish to attend just to be at a contest and to help with ground crew, note two things:

 

• Candida and I will gladly provide meals for you all week at no charge.
• Let me know by sending me a copy of your WingRunner certificate. If you do not already have this, go to the free online SSF WingRunner ground operations course here, read the material, then take the test and send me a copy of the certificate.

 

Please feel free to distribute this to your clubs, since not all club members are active in this group.
