Sealing work at Training Center today

Currently there is work taking place to fill and reseal the cracks in the bitumen(?) on the east side of the building. I've talked to the crew and understand that it will take about an hour for the new material to harden and 24 hours to fully cure. It is acceptable to drive over it after the first hour but if you're coming to Ephrata tonight to make an early start tomorrow on the official opening activities it might be prudent to park on the road side of the building in the RV area this evening.
