Pig Roast

Well, things are looking up for us. A pig has been located and a
roaster is ready.

Saturday July 2nd will be teh pig roast. Pig will be seved late
afternoon - we are aiming for dinner time, but these things are
variable.


We have buns and condiments, we also have an empty table to fill with
desserts and side dishes.

If you are planning on attending, please reply here and let us know
whether you are planning on bringing a side dish or paying into the
piggy bank.

Good morning Chris, happy Canada Day,

 

Mary will bring a large fresh green salad with dressing, and bake a couple of French sticks (bagettes). Water melon?

You will remember of course that I/we will be there for most of the day and that we expect to be scheduled in to tend the creature.
