BYC seminar this week

This Wednesday Evening - The Barrie Yacht Club hosts:

WEEK # 6's Session on Wednesday February 10th -

“Navigation & Sailing to a Destination”

The discussion will be about the basic fundamentals of navigation, the
tools and the electronics available for your boat to get you to a
destination safely.

** There will also be a guest speaker coming from Gill North
America.

Location: BYC Clubhouse @ 7 P.M. - Wednesday nights from January 6th-
February 24th at BYC.
Cost : $5.00 per person per session

Parking: Please park "up-top" in the municipal lot at the corner of
Shanty Bay Road and Johnson Street...where there is plenty of free
parking.

INSTRUCTOR/COORDINATOR: Mike Skjelmose, who has been racing and
cruising for the past 35+ years and has had success racing at BYC on
different types of keelboats including Tanzer 22, Niagara 26, Kirby
25, C&C 33, and now sails at Thornbury Yacht Club with his wife
Janice aboard their Beneteau 42.

Understood. Although Tim and I would like to attend some of these seminars it's just too hard with him working in the city. He gets home late and leaves very early.
