I have a question. For the $10 a year e-mail service... is there a number
to call to download mail in Singapore ? If I have to log into a webpage
to check my mail ... it rather defeats the purpose because I still need a
web browser (and hence an ISP) to get my mail.

Your ISP does not provide you with the storage space they do.
People do have multiple email address for different purposes,
thus this feature would be nice.
