Hi all,
We are happy to announce a new release of the SG-NEx data (pre-release0.2). The latest release includes direct RNA, direct cDNA, PCR cDNA and short read RNA-Seq for five cell lines. Data access links are updated and can be viewed online (https://github.com/GoekeLab/sg-nex-data).
The SG-NEx data is described in a preprint that can now be read on biorxiv (Chen, Ying, et al. "A systematic benchmark of Nanopore long read RNA sequencing for transcript level analysis in human cell lines." bioRxiv (2021). doi: https://doi.org/10.1101/2021.04.21.440736).
The data use statement has also been updated for this release to
allow the use for research and publications. However, we ask users to
refrain from publishing a systematic comparison that is described in the
pre-print until the final manuscript is published. If you are
uncertain, please feel free to reach out. If you use these data in your
research, please cite the preprint and refer to the specific release
version that you have downloaded.
Thanks for the feedback from users of the first release, we hope this will be useful to your research.
All the best
Jonathan Göke
