Dear friends from SGConnect,
This is Chun Kai, the co-President of the NUS Entrepreneurship Association (NUSEA) - a group of entrepreneurial students under the National University of Singapore College (NUS) in Silicon Valley internship program. With the support from our school, we have the privilege to learn about entrepreneurship through working in high-tech startups while taking entrepreneurship classes in Stanford over the course of the year.
Throughout our stay in the Valley, we are infected by the entrepreneurial energy buzzing around and we have been churning up a few venture ideas of our own. Mark from SingaporeConnect, and I have been discussing for quite a while now about having a session where we hope you may lend your expertise to us via a sharing cum feedback session where we hope to pitch our ideas to you for invaluable feedback.
In addition to a panel of seasoned entrepreneurs, you are welcome to "ask the students tough questions" following each of their idea pitches.
This session is not meant to be all work, hence after the event we're going to a nearby paintball center for some hunting and shooting; a bit of walking around to bleed off energy would do all of us good after the pitching session!
Our dates and time are firmed as below:
