Anyone know where I can find "sugar in the raw" packets? The school is out and I'm tasked with getting more but I can't find them. Any suggestions? Mar

Please bring or have your child bring food/drinks before 8:30 to the tables in the reception area, which is opposite of the statues, on your way to the lower grades classrooms. For those who will be helping with set up in the morning, the plan is to be at school by 8am. Mar will be at Hooper Hall preparing coffee and other items. She could use help (Everett?) to bring coffee and hot water for tea to the reception tables once they are ready. Cynthia and Andrea and Jill could be helping set up the food at the tables.

Food/drinks

Carrie - veggies and dip

Karleen - fruit and ice

Jill - fruit

Raya - food

Francie - fruit and water

Cynthia - cheese and crackers plate / iced tea and limeade

Rebecca - muffins/water

Jolene - drinks

Mar - breakfast casserole/ flowers

Everett/Jennifer - muffins and breakfast bread 

Akasha - breakfast bread

Blythe - food item

Sat Shabad - food item/water

Sarah W. - gluten free food item/drinks

Volunteers at the event

We could use 1-2 more people in each place - the more, the merrier!!

please be advised....not everyone is set up in the sfwaldorf group..there are parents we have to add each time ..otherwise  some of us get left out...we need tech help! i will work on it this summer.
