Hi Cynthia,

Here is the program and a map.

On Thursday night for judges meeting, your parents should go to High school
field marked as Pentathlon field, and it is off the Union Street, you will see
the High School building.

On Friday, there is another event going on in kindergarten, so parking will be
tight on school parking lot. The map shows all possible parking in the area. I
personally park on Locust street, away from school parking lot, and then I
just walk.

Cynthia, we have a box with t-shirts and hats for your students ready to go,
someone from your school at the judges meeting can pick it up, and then your
students can put on the tshirts and hats before coming over.
