Sharing fastq files between Universities

I was wondering if anyone had a favorite way to share/get FASTQ files with/from another University.

Thank you for the fast response. I will try Globus. It looks like the University that I want to collaborate with is already using this system (https://www.computecanada.ca/research-portal/national-services/globus-portal/)
