We need to make a decision.
We have the opportunity to do a performance on Nov. 4 for Heritage in
the Hills. This is a new festival that is funded by the Main Street
organization and Laurie Walsh is trying to use it to promote local arts
organizations ( i.e. - us). For that reason I would like to be a part
of it. Also we'll get paid about $300 for the show that we can use to
fund our Christmas in the Country event.
We have some options that need to be decided NOW:
The show will likely be preformed at the Myrtles Plantation, not in the
house but on the courtyard. Working with Varnedoe's we can make this a
dinner (lunchtime) theatre.
OR we could preform at Greenwood Plantation. Our choice.

The second BIG BIG decision we have to make is what show to do! I don't
see any potential for rehearsal beyond the day of the show and possibly
the weekend before. It seems to me that we'd be best off with a
reader's theatre or a improv show or something or similar caliber that
doesn't require much rehearsal. There may be some other sort of
interactive show we could consider too.

So, I need every one's opinions on this. Andrew and I will discuss
based on your input and we'll have a decision by the end of the week at
the latest.
The basic question is do we have enough people who are willing an
enthusiastic to do this show? If not, we'll pass on it. That's a valid
option.

So please ask questions, pose options, make suggestions and let's make
a decision.

Please reply asap.
Thanks,
--James
