 J-Sei is seeking a Part-time Case Manager

Our case management service is one of J-Sei's oldest but most important programs.  We are currently searching for a caring and skilled social worker who can conduct senior assessments and coordinate resources for older adults and their families.  Join J-Sei's collaborative team in this 25 hours/week position.
