Project Open Hand's Wellness Program serves people living with chronic health conditions who need nutritious food to support their medical treatment. For our neighbors fighting illness, good nutrition can help them heal quicker, get stronger faster, and lead healthier lives.

Our department is currently hiring for the following positions:

• Bilingual Caseworker Spanish/ English 
• Bilingual Caseworker Cantonese/ English

These positions provide a mix of direct client support and administrative tasks, focusing on intaking clients to services, supporting them throughout their time with POH, and connecting them to resources to support their health and wellbeing. We are seeking candidates with backgrounds in human services, social services, public health, or related disciplines.

We believe these positions offer excellent opportunities for early career growth, skill development in the field of social services, and on-the-ground experience working with vulnerable populations.
