Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Must be willing to physically see patients in-person at least 50% of the
time. Our offices are located in Ridgecrest, Bishop, and Mammoth Lakes,
California.
- Conduct psychotherapy sessions with clients using evidence-based therapeutic
techniques
- Assess and diagnose clients' mental health conditions
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
- Monitor and evaluate clients' progress throughout the therapy process
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals including psychiatrists on
our team to provide comprehensive care
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in psychotherapy
Skills & Experience
Requirements:
- Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field
- Valid license to practice psychotherapy in the state of employment (LMFT,
LCSW, etc)
- We will also hire an Associate
Psychotherapist (ASW, etc) at $60/direct patient care hour
- Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and professional standards in
psychotherapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. We only want to work with
really great people. :)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational skills for utilizing the EHR and assisting with
billing.
