Hello amazing colleagues!

I want to sincerely thank the 1st years for stepping up to the plate and bearing with us during our mayhem. I have copied a list things we need volunteer help with for our graduation, per your request. Thaks again for being so on point!

seating ushers
greeters/door monitors
distribution of program booklet
miscellaneous needs: runners wherever needed
help with reception
setup of reception room
setup table presentation/decor
receive catered food, beverage from caterer
food servers, cake cutter
cleanup - packing up left over catered food and beverage
(If using School’s carts, designate a person to return them to School or to leave it in the Students mailroom HSS 208)
* Be sure to put all items needed in a room we can access, had difficultly last year with locked buildings and rooms.
