Thank you for joining SFSpeakers4Stagetime. This is a program is designed to help club fill speaking slots and give speakers an opportunity to speak outside of their home club.

If you have an opening for a speaker at an upcoming meeting, please send an email to the group listing the club name, location, and date and time of the meeting.

Speaker Guidelines: Please respond to the person making the request directly, not list-wide. No soliciting to seek speaking roles. Responding and/or soliciting list-wide will cause you to be removed.

Project speeches only;

Club Guidelines: Be welcoming to the speaker; be clear about the meeting start/end time and location; provide an evaluator to give a written and verbal evaluation.

When responding to a request for a speaker, please respond directly to the person with the request. No list-wide responses please. It keeps the emails down. Additionally, in evaluation season, it keeps the Test Speakers ID a secret.

This group is only to be used for filling speaking slots for Toastmasters meetings in District 4.
