Hwy 12 near Fairfield?

Has anybody been cycling on Hwy 12, from Fairfield towards Rio Vista? Asking to see if the road work has been completed or not. I'd like to re-activate several RUSA perm routes that use this segment, but not until I'm sure we have a shoulder to ride on. For example, https://ridewithgps.com/routes/56745762

Davis Delta Breeze, and this part of Hwy 12, from Lawler Ranch Rd to Shilo Rd.
