Carbon repair in local BA

Hey SFR folks, 
My mounting bolts to the calipers broke while attempting to drill-extract them out of the carbon fork. I think the bolt to metal insert rusted from the rain. The heads stripped and centering the rotors was not possible. 

Can you recommend a shop with the proper tools to remove the remaining bolt? Probably M5 with 0.8 pitch thread.  The lower bolt is off center,  so need a centering tool, dremel, and helix tools to remove. Bolt probably 15 mm long for typical mounting kit.

Hey friend. I am a mechanic.
 Toss that fork. What you are trying to do will only further compromise the integrity of the mounts. 
 IMHO.

I'd agree that repairing a fork is at best diminishing returns and possibly unsafe. Off the top of my head, Soma, Ritchey, and ENVE all offer forks that have diverse options in terms of mounting, materials etc.
