That is all such great news to hear. The team seems to be doing fantastic and I can 100% help you with getting tax deductions. I have attached your official participant letter. The most important part of the letter is our Federal Tax Id given to the Avon Foundation for Women. This number should be all a business needs to write off any donation they give to the team whether its money, food, or space in a venue. Hope the events go great and keep me in the loop if I can help with anything else.

I hope you are doing well!  We are working on our next two big fundraisers and I had a question for you?   What do we do for businesses that are willing to donate items for us (food, beverages, items for auctions, etc).  How do we provide them with tax deduction statements?

Also, we are looking at doing a bbq dinner and someone suggested that Smithfield's will donate to non-profits for fundraisers.  Would that be something we could pursue, or not since we are independent walkers for Avon, not non-profit representatives from Avon?
