another meeting

Have anyone decided that we are going to meet somewhere on the way to Hollister to caravan in? or just meet at the gate?

i haven't heard anything from anyone else.
we should figure out
1. who is going to go
2. what time do we want to meet at the park
3. who is coming from the city

once we know that we can figure out what time to leave the city to
meet those that are going directly to the park from other locations.
As for the attending list.
1. Weirdbeard - i vote for meeting at the park no later than 10.
earlier if possible

I will be coming from Fremont, so I will have a bit of a headstart on you
guys from the city. The errand I have to do for my stepdad will be done by
815-830, so I will be departing right after that. Im figuring at least an
hour or so for travel time, its been awhile since ive been there.

Now I'm on the fence about going. i have no rear bumper, just the
exposed frame rails from my 4x4 labs fitting. Not sure if I want to
risk something happening and not having any rear protection....

I had mine like this for a couple of months. I just put the factory tow
receiver on for a little protection for rear enders and didn’t worry about
it. I don’t really think Hollister has anything you will have to worry
about unless you purposely do something crazy.

Hmm, well, only weirdbeard, you, and myself so far seem to have confirmed
going. Both you and him are coming from city, and im in Fremont, wouldn’t
make a lot of sense for me to drive over there and then come back lol.

Maybe more will confirm tomorrow or Friday. I was hoping that you city boys
would meet up somewhere south of all of us, but that’s just me.

Sorry I can't join you guys this Saturday, I wanted to go and finally meet some of you who are actually going. It's my sons first b-day so we all know how that goes. I live in Gilroy, about 35 minutes away from Hollister.

I would like to invite you guys for some beers and food if you would like to come and hang out before heading back home after Hollister. There's plenty of parking on the street too. It's just a bunch of Family and friends celebrating my sons b-day. So if you have time and would like to come over for some beers or food. You are more than welcome! It would be nice to see all the rigs posted up in my neighborhood. Party starts at 1pm thru whenever this Sat, oh and bring your bathing suit in case you want to take a dip in the pool.

think. I think there were some restaurants or something there. If there is
