Finally after a solid week of working a few hours at a time (love real jobs) on my cruiser, I finally got it started.  The new radiator, thermostat, fan clutch, belts, hoses, phh bypass (due to metal pipe having issues), landtanks MAF mod & new sensor, spark plugs, cap and rotor, spark plug wires, air filter, fixing some rust damage from leaking battery, and installing Urban Land Cruisers new battery cables (having some issues) it finally started.  Good news is no leaks.  Bad news is the new fusible link he sent doesn’t match up with mine.  Need to figure that one out still.  Just put normal tap water in for now to test for leaks and looking at the scan gauge the water temp never went past 186.  That’s a lot better than it was.  Well, I thought I would share that with you guys.  Now to write Urban LC and ask them if there is an alternative to his adapter.  Have a great weekend guys.

Jon.

Jon,

Congrat, and thanks for sharing. Did you use OEM radiator? What's
your mileage on your truck?

Hi Jon,

Yes, I used an OEM radiator, the older style, ordered from CDan. Mileage is
118k.
