Non-renumbering Subsetter

Hi All,

I'd like to use sfntly to subset a font, but I'd like to leave in
kerning. So I need to leave the GPOS and kern tables in the font.
Since those tables don't appear to be renumbered in the current
version of sfntly, would any of the other subsetters allow me to
subset a font without renumbering?

Yes, I definitely understand that a non-renumbering subsetter is
needed until there is support for more of the OTF tables in sfntly.
There is no sample / test implementation of a non-renumbering
subsetter on the Java side of the code. There is one on the C++ side
of the code that is used by the Chrome browser that could be used as a
model to write a Java one.
