looking for media penpals

What is happening in the media in your country? I live in Colorado Springs,
Colorado. USA, and would like to correspond with someone in your country about
television and popular culture. What kind of music do you hear on the radio?
What are the local pop icons? What do you see as important in American media?
I'll talk about anything at all with anybody from another country, but my main
interest is media. I am a journalist, with undergraduate degrees in journalism
and English. Until recently I was editor of a weekly newspaper in Colorado
Springs. Now I'm working on some independent projects, including a study of
media around the world. Any help anyone can give will be appreciated. Thank
