BMW 1200 RS teknisiä tietoja

Kaveri meni ostamaan keväällä K 1200 RS.n,ja nyt
olisi aika viilata mopo timmiin ensi kaudeksi.
Ongelma piilee siinä että ko. pyörään ei ole löytynyt
mistään manuaalia.(ei edes Alfamer:iltä).
Olisikohan kellään tietoa esim.venttiilien välyksistä,
momenteista yms.

There are at least two versions of the Clymer K-manual around. The newer one
I have includes a 120 page supplement (Chapter 14) at the end of the book
covering 1990-later (2nd printing in 1996) that goes into 4-valve adjustment
(cam removal) and Paralever/rear drive removal, among other things. The 1st
printing (1991)is without this supplement. The ISBN # is 0-89287-648-4 and
bar code is 024185764847 for the "newer" book.

Valtuutetuilla korjaamoilla on käsittääkseni kaikista malleista erittäin
kattavat korjaamokäsikirjat (n.300 sivua). Jos on hyvissä väleissä
paikallisen kauppiaan
kanssa, voi päästä vilkaisemaan sopivia sivuja. Maahantuojakin saattaa
myydä noita, ainakin isäukollani on ihan viralliset korjaamomanuaalit
niin R1100RT:hen kuin uuteen LT-malliinkin.
