to me me
hey all,

Apologies for the long hiatus in programming. My spring and summer were extra full at work -- and the act of finding places for lectures was wearing thin! (I do appreciate all the places that have hosted us and probably would have hosted us if I put in the time).

I'd hoped the Randall would be open to us this month, but that was pushed back to the fall of this year. The earliest date that we would be back is September. I'm still considering having an event or two between then and now, but there's probably a fair chance nothing will happen.

But I do want to get the ball rolling again.
To that end, 2 things to ask of you, dear reader:

THING ONE:
We have the opportunity at the moment to switch up our regular night... which was the third thursday of the night.
If you have an opinion of what night NOT to have it (or which night we absolutely should have it), I would take that into account (though I give no promises).

THING TWO:
Are you -- or do you know of anyone -- who would be interested in helping to run the series? I'm not abdicating the role just yet, but I think it would be good to have someone in San Francisco who can commit the time and effort (as I now both work and live in Oakland -- the Randall seems very far away). We can work out roles and responsibilities, if you've interest. Here's the whole list (you wouldn't do all of these)

Cheers,

Adrian
