With Springtime comes Earth Day and several Festivals are held all
over the place. Some of these may be a great way to get your family
involved and even do some informal informational networking with
different vendors that get involved. Most of these festivals have
small business owners that participate and set up booths (some are
informational and most are crafts). If you can deal with the casual
"hippie" culture you may find some useful information along the way if
you attend. This is my favorite time of year and I have been
attending alot of these types of festivals throughout the years and
have learned alot about sustainable ecological practices and if you
are interested I have posted a couple of flyers for upcoming festivals
in our area. There is also a big festival in UC Davis that is held
every year on Mothers Day Weekend. It runs Friday, Saturday, and
Sunday. The UC Davis website has not been updated yet to reflect this
years festival information but here is the link so you can check it
periodically if you are interested in attending.

Most of these festivals are FREE to get in to and have craft booths
for the kids and good food as well. Please feel free to let me know if
you have any questions on these events and I will try to answer them
the best I can. Hope to see some of you there!
