May know what is the meaning of Signal Transition Statistics while
showing power stats in SFLR and how they are calculated.

Please see Figure 4.1, the second paragraph of page 21,
Section 5.1, Section A.1.18 and Section A.1.28 of the
manual.
The transition counting statistics are also described in
detail in
P. Stanley-Marbell and M. Hsiao. "Fast, Flexible,
Cycle-Accurate Energy Estimation". In, ACM/IEEE
International Symposium on Low Power Electronics
and Design, Pages 141-146, August 2001.
