Hello peter,
I want to calculate the link utilization between two switches. Based on sflowtool and input octets and outputoctets I can calculate that, but when I want that sflow-rt shows me the graph of the link it needs the ip address, however for my switches I have mac addresses could you please help me ?

With sFlow-RT, you identify a switch port using the sFlow agent IP address and the SNMP ifIndex. Both of these fields are reported in the sflowtool output. The following tutorial should help:
