Sflow impact to performance network device

Hi everyone,

I'm  using more network device : fireEye , Barracuda, Checkpoint. juniper EX , Juniper SRX , Paloalto and F5 device. 

So i want more infomation about the impact of sflow , jflow , netflow on all device performance like CPU, RAM ...

Please give me some information and comment

sflow load is low because sflow base is sampling ( sample and send).Netflow load is very high because need decode ,prepare hash and flow cache then flush and send the packets to the collector.
