I've made a version of http://www.sflow.org/SFLOW-STRUCTS5.txt file with some amendments to make it compliant with the XDR language.
This can be really useful to other C programmers because it is possible to automatically generate encoder/decoder functions and header files using:
$ rpcgen -a sflow.x
I've attached it with the hope that it will be useful to others as well.
