sFlow discarded sample with queue size

Hi, 

From reviewing the sFlow docs and the sflowtool code, I understand that when sending a sflow discarded sample, it can be appended with a tag of queue index (1036), but there is no option to append queue depth(1040 - which is supported by standard sFlow sample). (important information when the discard reason is buffer drop).

Is this the way it works or did I miss something?

In case it is - will you consider as a future improvement to add this option?
