Hi Peter,
Can Sflow-RT identify flows that are VXLAN/GRE encapsulated and trigger events based on inner headers (e.g. ip, tcp, udp)?

Yes - sFlow-RT can identify flows within tunnels (provided that the tunnel isn't encrypted). Inner protocol fields are indicated with a numeric suffix indicating the occurrence number in the packet. For example, ipsource.1 is the second ipsource address (inner) seen in the packet. The stack flowkey lets you see the protocol layers that have been decoded.
