Hello,

When we want to start sflow-rt, we use below commands . So it is started by script.

ubuntu~# ./sflow-rt/start.sh

2025-06-12T20:03:23Z INFO: Starting sFlow-RT 3.1-1716

2025-06-12T20:03:25Z INFO: Version check, running latest

2025-06-12T20:03:25Z INFO: Listening, sFlow port 6343

2025-06-12T20:03:25Z INFO: Listening, HTTP port 8008

2025-06-12T20:03:25Z INFO: app/ddos-protect/scripts/ddos.js started

2025-06-12T20:03:25Z INFO: app/sflow-test/scripts/test.js started

2025-06-12T20:03:25Z INFO: app/browse-flows/scripts/top.js started

2025-06-12T20:03:25Z INFO: app/trace-flow/scripts/trace.js started

However, when we do like this,  if session stops or something else, sflow-rt stops.
So, is there any way to start this sflow-rt  as service?

thank you

Since you are running on Ubuntu, I would suggest that you download the .deb package. A link to the package and instructions for installing it are on the sFlow-RT Download page.

Running on the command line is useful if you are developing an sFlow-RT application, but the deb, rpm, or Docker packages are better suited for production deployments.
