You can change the port that sFlow-RT is listening on for sFlow, just set the option -Dsflow.port=<port number> in JVM_OPTS in the sFlow-RT start.sh script.

The JVM options are also useful for setting up memory allocation. By default only 100 Megabytes is allocated to sFlow-RT, if you are monitoring a large network you should increase this number.
