Installing sfle

Should we use

export PYTHONPATH=$PYTHONPATH:`pwd`/src

Instead of:

export PYTHONPATH=`pwd`/src
that is mentioned at: http://huttenhower.sph.harvard.edu/sfle/output/sphinx/index.html
to keep the current path as well.
