Alumni Interviewers:  East Bay Update

 

• East Bay Borders (Napa in north, to Fairfield in the east, to Merced in south, to Fremont in the west, and back to Napa in the north).
• 423 Applicants (Only 4 short of last year’s record # of 427).
• 404 Interviews assigned = 96% (19 more to go!).
• 348 Interviews submitted = 82% (Must be submitted by March 10 to help).
• 19 applicants need interviews -- time is short – two weekends left – 12 days!
• Telephone interview is ok if scheduling is difficult or candidate lives far away.
• Remaining applicants’ locations:  Berkeley - 1, San Leandro - 1, Walnut Creek - 1, Danville - 2, San Ramon - 1, Pleasanton - 2,  Central Valley - 11.
• Please consider one more interview.  Although in-person is best, almost all remaining interviews will be by phone.
• Our Team is 140 strong, so just 1 person for every 7 of us is needed.
• Please contact me ASAP if you could stretch one more.
