Hello SFF18 Sailors,

Here's hoping everyone is doing well and enjoying some down time.

I'll be communicating with clubs regarding race schedules for 2021 and will pass dates onto the fleet. Things are still touch and go, but MBYC held a few events in the fall despite the pandemic. Please keep an eye on your email for updates.

We have a few new sailors and boats in the Bay Area. Brett McLarney bought an Infusion from Austin, TX and Michael Colby and Alexander Katsis just picked up Steve Stroebel's Infusion at MBYC and raced it that weekend! Welcome to the fleet!

Best to all and cross your fingers for some normalcy (as fas as sailing is concerned) in 2021.

As of now, MBYC is planning on a Mid-Winter Regatta, February 20-21. 

Last year, Charles and I participated and it was a good one-ocean course with 10-15 knots of wind. 

I’m planning on attending but will be keeping an eye on the pandemic situation. Who else will attend?
