After posting this in Yog's newsgroup he suggested to post it here. I
hope this helps someone or keeps someone out of a scam. ( I would never
have known it was a scam unless he told me)
You could post it under the thread name "writers' scams." That
"reading fee of $10 per manuscript" is the tip-off. A good
group would be sff.writing or sff.publishing.
