I've had the same problem. I had a story with him last year. Queried
several times with no responce by both E-mail & snail mail. I never got
any response. I finally withdrew the story last month. Is this market
dead?

I also sold a story to TI, and was paid for it; haven't received proofs
yet, but it was tentatively scheduled for the Summer '98 issue, to
appear around July. I think things there are just delayed--not dead
by any means.

I've heard from Jan recently. He dropped me a line needing a new ad
from DNA Publications for the issue of Terra Incognita that is about to
go to press. Don't write this one off too quickly.
