| Søren Bloch and DACC invites you to a day of fun in St. Helena. Plan to arrive hungry and thirsty. Fellow Dane Chef Lars Kronmark, Senior Instructor at Greystone Restaurant Culinary Institute of America in St. Helena, has promised composed the menu for yet another culinary feast, which will be accompanied by selected liquids from Søren's own production and from elsewhere. We are eventually finishing off with kringle from Sonoma bakery and coffee.
