FYI: As written in [1], I am now going to unify the various terms that evaluate
in quadrature points and/or are averaged over elements. Because of that, a new
name prefix, 'ev' being the only candidate so far, will be needed for such terms.

Done, the prefix was set to 'ev'. 6 terms were removed, and functionality has
increased.
