Opportunities for Database programmers

BCD Pinpoint Inc., the only full service direct and customer relationship marketing company in the Philippines is looking for qualified individuals to strengthen our database department. The database department is responsible for creating web interfaces to diverse databases BCD maintains for its customers. We have a mixed infrastructure using open source and proprietary technologies in sync.

Database Programmer qualifications:
1. Prospects should be able to analyze and implement database designs needed by clients.
2. SQL knowledge from queries to views.
3. Administer any of the following databases: MySQL, MSSQL or PostgreSQL.
4. Develop database web interfaces using PHP, ASP or .NET and HTML.
5. Experience with CakePHP framework is an advantage.
6. Experience with openreports or any other reporting tools.

We are also expanding our digital marketing capabilities.

Web designer qualifications:
1. can exploit CSS, HTML, javascript and flash animations for interactive digital marketing
2. experience in database integration
3. familiarity with Drupal CMS.

To maintain our current infrastructures, we are also looking for a part-time system administrator.

System administrator qualifications:
1. can manage/implement/troubleshoot the following services:
    a. Squid Proxy
    b. Apache Webserver/Tomcat
    c. IIS
    d. MS SQL database
    e. MySQL database
    f. DNS
    g. Firewall using monowall
    h. network monitoring tools
 2. experience with Windows 2003 Server, CentOS Gnu/Linux, Apple Mac
