Hi folks,

I'm in the process of hiring my replacement and looking for someone to fill my role as a Movement Capacity Building Strategist at Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, supporting our Housing Affordability team's work on housing reform in CA.

Please share with your networks and if you or any of your contacts would like to discuss the role further or get any questions answered, just let me know.

Thanks!
GB

Hi Friends! Come and say hi- it will be connective and inspiring.
Also please share with your communities, clubs, friends, community organizers etc. Anyone who has been in community with Marshall knows it can be a life changing experience. We will also do a little party after the Manny's event.

Hope to see you there!
-Gina

Come be in community with Marshall Ganz in the Bay Area this weekend as we talk about the practice of organizing, the election, and what we can do right now.

Marshall’s new book  People, Power, Change: Organizing for Democratic Renewal (Oxford University Press) is for anyone who wants to work with other people to defend democracy and make lasting change.

Please share with those that can make "good trouble" and want to be inspired by this conversation.

Rooted in Marshall’s 60 years of organizing, teaching, and learning the book draws on the values, ideas and skills driving an actionable framework of how to do it: the creation and substance of relationships, the fuel of values and narrative, the resources and power of strategy, the accountability of action, and the necessity of structure. It’s  a road map for learning how to do it, how to share it with others, and how to bring purpose, skill, and craft to it. In fact, the learning this book shares grew out of work interaction with so many of you, your campaigns, and your organizations rooted in values we share.
