Hi Stars, Wombats, and other SF friends:
I'm renting my 24th and Bartlett 4br out on a medium-term basis (because I'm contemplating moving back in 6months to a year!) and would love to do a short term arrangement with some trusted friends/friends-of-friends at a rate that would be at least 25-30% market for a 4br.
