1BR in Oakland for sublet June - Aug

Hi friends, we have a 1 BR apartment in The Broadway, next to the Sprouts, that our parents rented during the pandemic to facilitate longer visits to the Bay Area. We are looking to sublet it for June - August. It's furnished with a nice queen bed, futon and TV. The apartment complex is really fun: it has a pool, hot tub, gym, awesome roof decks, bocce courts, etc and has a great vibe. It's a great place to entertain -- my favorite touch are the huge grills and little mini fridges under them.

We can't legally sublet, so want to keep it in the family. $2k/month. Know anyone? Do your parents or friends want to come on an extended visit and have a cozy place to crash each night? hit us up.
