Hi all! Tuck, Astra, and I moved into our "forever home" (or at least, 5+ year home) early in the pandemic. It's the lower unit of a 2-unit house in the heart of Potrero Hill, San Francisco. And now, we're looking for new renters for the top unit!
Finding the right upstairs neighbors is probably the single biggest quality-of-life question for us over the next few years. So: Can you help me find the perfect duplex-mates? Please forward this email around to anyone you know who might be looking for a new place in SF!
The available unit is newly renovated, with tons of natural light, great views of the city and a beautiful open living area.
The living room, facing back into the kitchen
It's got three bedrooms plus a "bonus" attic space replete with skylights that would be an amazing home office, play room, and/or crash pad for guests. The master bedroom has its own bathroom (2ba in total). Rent is set at $6375/month, although if that's just out of budget for some otherwise perfect tenants, please let us know. For folks returning to the office, we are in a great commuting location for both the South Bay and the East Bay, and also the sunniest and warmest part of SF.

Tuck and Astra and I would love to find upstairs neighbors who are friendly and neighborly, maybe have little kids who Tuck and Astra can play with, maybe want to hang out together in the sunny back yard...
